​Learn all about the truffle, from hunting to the kitchen: our mission is to teach you to recognize, select, and cook truffles! This memorable experience can be organized at any time of the year.  With the help of the truffle hunter's dog, they will personally guide you through the stunning Tuscan countryside in search of the prestigious truffle.

Each hunter has his own territory and knows every rock and root in it; secret truffle rich locations are written down in the hunter's notebook, kept under lock and key and handed from one generation to another. In summer, you can find the Tartuffo Scorezone or Summer Black Truffle. The precious white truffle season starts in October and carries on through the winter.

After the hunt, lunch will take place at the truffle hunter's restaurant with a four-course menu consisting of a variety of truffle appetizers, tagliolini pasta with fresh seasonal truffle, fried eggs with truffles, and a special truffle dessert.
