If you are a golf enthusiast, you probably were watching the 2011 U.S. Open, won by rising superstar Rory McIlroy from Northern Ireland. Ensemble hotel partner Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts was McIlroy’s major sponsor. Ensemble Travel Group member Susan Weissberg of Wyllys Professional Travel had the chance to chat with the then 22-year-old golfer at a Jumeirah function some time back. Says Weissberg, “Rory is an incredible young man with so much talent. I foresee him winning many more golf majors in the future.”
